Terms and conditions of Service

OWNERSHIP

ATZQ Pty Ltd, ABN 98 390 178 502 or David Quinn or Property Transition Hub ABN 59 146 380 305 (“Service Provider”) is the owner and operator of this site.

As a user of this site or our services offline, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. Your use of and access to this site or our offline services indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

YOUR AGREEMENT

When you engage our services, by completing & signing our engagement form for any of our services, electronically or in ink, or you request we do work for you without you completing our engagement form, which may include enquiries you have made with us, about properties that we have sent you information about in an email, or spoken to you about, you agree to pay our fee upon an invoice being issued for our Engagement fee, a progress fee, or the final or total fee amount, whether we have completed the service for you or not. We agree to not issue the invoice unless we have completed a fair and reasonable amount of work towards the result that justifies (for us) us charging you the agreed fee, even if you aren’t aware of all of the work we have done. This is regardless of whether you purchase the property with our involvement or not, as all of our work is done in good faith.

You agree to pay by the due date or we are entitled to charge you the penalty interest rate which has been set at 11.9% since July 01 2023. Pursuant to S2 Penalty Interest Rate Act 1983, the Attorney-General fixes the penalty interest rate.

If you continue to fail to pay, we reserve the right to place a caveat on the title of any property you own, until the invoice is paid in full. The action of placing a caveat will be taken at any time that we feel that it is an appropriate course of action based on communication, or lack of communication from you.

OUR FEE Structure

We have separate fees offered for the following types of buyers:

  • First Home Buyers
  • Subsequent Home Buyers (upsizers/downsizers/right sizers)
  • Investors
  • Developers

As these fees are subject to change they are not listed here but you can call the Director: David Quinn at anytime to discuss the fees that would apply to you today.

 

Referral Fees or Donation OFfers

Referral Fees offered are conditional upon:

The clients you refer paying their full fee, on time.

 

If we are making a donation to your favourite charity it will also be on the condition of you paying your fees in full and on time.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property in relation to material included on this site belongs to the Service Provider or its licensors, advertisers or affiliates. Users obtain no interest in that property. All material on this site is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the material.

Users may download and view the material or print a copy of material on this site for personal, non-commercial use provided you do not modify the copy from how it appears on this site (including any copyright notice). All rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved by the Service Provider. Users will not use this site for any unlawful purpose.

LIABILITY

The Service Provider does not warrant the accuracy of the content on the site. The content is provided to you “as is” and on an “as available” basis and on the condition that you undertake all responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the content and rely on it at your own risk. All content on this site may be changed at the Service Provider’s sole discretion and without notice.
